Payments and Fees

Payment is required before delivery unless otherwise agreed. Extra fees may apply for overweight loads, extended rental time, failed delivery attempts, or blocked access during pickup.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule, but same-day cancellations may include a fee to cover travel and scheduling time.
